Projected to grow 2x by the end of 2016, and with a previous vendor not meeting expectations for service or for supporting scalability, AdTheorent required a partner that matched its high level of quality, capability, flexibility and responsiveness. AdTheorent’s rapidly rising success also demanded a partner that could scale its support seamlessly, particularly with ad operations and creative needs.
Competing against 12 potential partners, including the incumbent, SEBPO was selected by AdTheorent in June 2016 because of its flexibility to meet unforeseen challenges, its onshore, strategic management, its competitive pricing, and a demonstrated ability to immediately immerse its team to understand the operations and the needs of AdTheorent.
SEBPO aligned a full-time resource to provide 174 hours per month, a back-up resource for scale/coverage to accommodate large projects, and a team lead for oversight. SEBPO performs a variety of advertising operations functions for AdTheorent, including campaign launches and quality assurance.
Campaign launch services include:
- Review of task instructions, templates and pertinent documentation
- Creating new entities – agencies and advertisers
- Campaign shell creation including input of start and end dates, budget information, campaign type (display, mobile, video, native)
- Adding line item details, and strategy (targeting)
- Associating creatives
- Quality assurance review of campaign set-up
Quality assurance support consists of reviewing:
- Campaign properties
- Line item properties
- Yield optimization details
- Creative set-up
- Creative assignment
